On Wednesday, October 29, Katie gave several updates on the status of our club and upcoming events. She was also able to induct Elisabeth Partyka into the club and John H. welcomed her into the Paul Harris Society!

UPDATES:

• The final week's Food Pantry debate winner was close, but the EARLY MORNING RISERS beat out the Night Owls! Thanks to everyone for playing along and donating over 75 items for the food pantry.
• Quarterly dues were due on October 31 and we still need payment from 11 members - please get your $$$ in ASAP if you have not already done so.
• 12 Days of Christmas raffle ticket sales are going strong - Ticket stubs and payments are due by December 1 at 10:00am. Can you sell a couple more? Please see Jason.
• Thank you so Amanda for volunteering to be the new Elkhorn Rotary Youth Exchange Program Coordinator!
• The Rotary Board is amending the club's bylaws as recommended by Rotary International for 2025-28. It will be passed around at upcoming meetings and voted on at our November 19 meeting.

The Fundraising Committee developed a sponsorship program with levels from $500 to $5,000 to help support our community projects and events throughout the year. Please take a few minutes to read the below form and talking points. If every member speaks to just one potential sponsor, we will see some impressive results.
