Mike Pody from the Lake Geneva Rotary club spoke today about the Rotary Friendship Exchange. This exchange is from one District to another District and is usually 10-14 days. Mike talked about his trip to India and the couple he hosted at his home from India. There were strained communications at first and awkward situations as they struggled to understand different customs and cultures, but it was a great experience and very much worth it. They were shown great hospitality on their visit to India. “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
Future Friendship Exchanges will go to the Bahamas and to Nigeria
