Announcements and Updates:

 

We welcome home Zachary Phillips home from the Marines after a seven years of duty.  Feel free to drop by Ward’s home at 1:00 on Sunday to celebrate his homecoming.

 

Dawn announced that the Rotary theme for next year will be: “Rotary Connects the World”

 

Friday, January 25th will be our Shenanigans fundraiser…. 60’s THEME this year!

It will be held at the Monte Carlo Room from 5:00 - 8:00.

Members are encouraged to dress up for a “groovy time”. Each member is asked to sell 2 tickets. Tickets were handed out at our meeting Wednesday, the 9th or have been mailed out to members.  More tickets are available for sale - you can get those at the library or at the Chamber from Chris. Members are needed to contribute Wine, Beer, or Silent Auction Items and are needed for other tasks throughout the evening… sign up is out there.  Please bring those items to the next meeting if possible.

 

Dancing for a New Beginning

Walworth County Rotary Clubs fundraiser will be on March 30th

Sponsors are needed and tickets will be $50 each for the formal event.

 

The Rotary Club 50th Anniversary Celebration will be held on: May 3rd

 

May 4th - ELKHORN SPRING EXTRAVAGANZA

The Elkhorn Spring Extravaganza will be held in downtown Elkhorn and will be a free event and will include: Food trucks, live entertainment, street musicians, kids activities, a vendor faire, and sidewalk sales  and restaurant discounts. There will be a 10:00 cake cutting. Please send memories, photos of Rotarians in action… to Dawn or Katherine.

 

Multiple surveys will be coming out regarding the Rotary Anniversary Event and the Flea Market Parking.  Please watch your email and complete the surveys.
