New rotary brochures are fresh off the press. So let's utilize these to help spread the word.
Tree project: our goal is plant 60 trees. 2 are accounted for by Tim Shiroda. Kettle Moraine land trust is planting 20 trees. The school project for planting trees along the hopefully future road called "Rotary Way." Breezy hill has the contract with the school to do all the landscaping with the school referreundeem. We could purchase 23 trees for $5,920, Breezy Hill would be responsible for upkeep and warranty. West side school is looking yo have 5-6 six foot tall trees planted. It would be about $200 a tree. There is an opportunity around the wetlands around the school where we could plant some fairly inexpensive seedlings.
We voted as a club that we would invest the $6,000 for the school road project contingent if the city allows us to name the road Rotary Way.
Stir It Up- Thank You cards were made up so as we dine at the local restaurants we can leave a Thank you card for their contributions to Stir It Up.
$250 scholarship is available for anyone to attend the next Rotary conference.
